Wilber P Snorkel?
At least according to Wikipedia Sarge’s name is Orville P. Snorkel. And Flippe is definitely the loud-mouthed sarge of our dogs.
And Jalo’s got that preppy look of Lt. Fuzz.
Luka’s character is still open for suggestions though.
