I know Kassu had a reputation as the Great Mouse Hunter. Is this sport mostly of interest to the goldens, or do the flatcoats join in too?
@Robin: I think it’s more of an interest to the goldens. At least none of our flatcoats have been that interested in hunting the small critters unless they see them running around.

Our cat used to catch voles & share them with (black flatcoat) Jim! & he still snuffles with murderous intent for anything from field mice to squirrels …
Imagine the bemused horror of a party of guests out walking with us, when Jim found & snake-swallowed an entire dead squirrel …
