This photo was taken last weekend when we visited Victor who was with Ramin when Topi was picked up in Southern Sweden over eleven years ago. Ever since then Victor has been one of the few special people in Topi’s life, so it was only fitting that they got to see each other. And no, we had no idea it would be the last time they saw each other.
